Southern Bait Company lures have been found in boxes marked Ormond, FL, St. Augustine, FL and Mineola, FL. All of these lures are wooden. The boxes with plastic tops seen with the later model lures state they were made since 1929. These Southern Bait Co lures are considered to be made by one of the great North Florida Lure Makers.
